Best way to lose a LOT of weight, HEALTHYLY is balancing diet and exercise together.
Best exercises for loosing weight, is SWIMMING. It burns the most calories per hour. So swimming for 1-2 hours continously will do you wonders!!! Dont be shy to try it even if you are very much overweight, you will not regret it. Go at least 3 times a week. And add brisk walking (walking fast) to your workout on days where you dont swim. Brisk walking actually burns more calories than running or jobbing because its intensive.
Your exercise plan is sorted. Now what to eat? Go on the south beach diet. This diet is healthy, and you see VISIBLE results in 2 WEEKS. I garuntee this but do ask a doctor before starting it if you have any medical condition.
South beach diet requires cutting out all carbs and sugars for the first 2 weeks of your diet. Your only allowed to eat vegtables (not potatoe or carrots however) and all LEAN meat, and ALL SEAFOOD. Your allowed to eat Eggs and low fat milk (dont if you have high chelestrol).
You cannot eat breads, pasta, cakes, chocolate, anything with sugar inside. However you can use a Sugar replacement alternative while in your first 2 weeks. (phase one)
In phase 2, (after 2 weeks) , you are allowed to eat some fruits and other things. Please see www.prevention.com or search for the south beach diet on a search engine to see more details and reciepies you can use.
Another thing you need to lose weigth fast is MOTIVATION and DEDICATION. Something MOST people do not have. So write up all your plan up, and stick it on your room and other places you go a lot in the house. And also write down at least 10 reasons why you want to lose weight. Theres a saying if a person has enough reasons to do something, he/she WILL DO IT and reach his/her GOALS!
So all is best. Dont be dishearted by any information in here. Its not as hard as you think. But you have to do this for yourself, and not others. And keep a smile on your face!

Well don't just go on some crazy fad or take diet pills because that's not good for you. The healthiest way is the old fashion way. Watch what you eat but don't just not eat. Eat HEALTHY things and watch your portions......And Exercise! Hit the gym go for a jog. But you have to do both and It will take a little while so why not start now.

Exercise and eating healthy/less
Talk to you physician if you need to loose weight fast. He can help you find people to setup a plan so the loss is maximized with minimum risks. (personal trainer/dietician)
But it always comes down to hard work, denying yourself to indulge, and change the way you live really. (make the system your own)

weight watchers works very well and is easy to follow. I have been on it for over a year and I have taken my weight loss slowly and I have lost 45 lbs. give it a try
