Could you arrange a bunch of your friends to play military marching tunes this way the effect will be impressive.
I don't find Hitler all that scary now day because he largely dead since 1948. If you did say a walking dead ZOMBIE Hitler

I laughed at what you're getting at, but the only problem is that so many people are ignorant today that they probably wouldn't know 1> who you were being or 2> the point you were trying to make.
It would be totally lost on the idiots!! I give you extra points for smarts, but it's all wasted there!!

there's a difference between scary and inciting a riot. Scary means in a humorous way. Just like it's illegal to shout "fire" in a crowded theater, you'd probably get some trouble from the police (if not from locals) if you dressed like that, or like a KKK member, because it would be considered inciting a riot (it for sure would if you were also shouting stuff).

Anyone dressed as Hitler would most likely be confronted by the police. I mean c'mon! You'd have to be crazy to do sh!t like that! But, also, as a black person, you could never pull it off. (Hitler was white) lol
