Looking at your question seems you are somewhere between 15 and 21. When a question of this sort arises and as the way you put your question; if it's just infatuation then yes the boy might care about the more pretier girl so he can look cool in front of his freinds when they meet and she is with him. But if you are a serious couple ready for some serious commitment, then he won't leave you but he will flirt with your freind but will not leave your side come hell or high water if he truly loves you.

If he is that kind of person, you shouldn't waste your time with him anyway. The other consideration is why is your confidence so low that someone else is such a threat. Doesn't sound like these are the kind of friends a girl really needs to start with. Don't worry about which girl he is going to pick, worry more about the type of friends you pick, then this won't be a concern in the future. GB

If he really loves you and makes it obvious around her, I'd say you have nothing to worry about, just tell him how you feel and he'll probably understand, but the real question is, is she a good enough friend not to let that happen, and if not should you really hang around her.

if he lives you it does not mean that u r not looking good, most of the lovers see the character of a girl rather than the physical apperance if its a true love.... as i dont know how ur guy behaves with you..... wat i can say is just ask him the question do u believ in character of a girl or her physical appearance.......

I wouldn't but i recon many would, the old saying " the grass is greener on the other side" springs to mind but i have never found it to be true, if i was happy with you that's where i would stay.
