Do you just have anxiety because your pregnant? Or do you have a history of it? Either way you should probably see a doctor because being under stress while pregnant definitely is not good for you

How did you get pregnant with anxiety? Is panic the father?

Every mom to be is at one time or another anxious. Take your prenatal vitamins. Exercise and eat right but not over eat, very bad, try melatonin for sleeping at night. it is natural and works well. If it is a huge problem. Tell you doctor and he can help if he sucks and wont help go to another.

Cut down on caffeine, if you drink any at all. Find some good lavender incense -- laveder is great for helping you relax! Deep breaths, soothing music... you'll be all right!

Speak to your OB/GYN about Prozac on a temporary basis.
