As opposed to "talking" or "seeing each other"? What made you want to put a lable or title on the relationship? Did anything change after that (good & bad)? Did you or the other person make any mistakes and did you regret the "move" to becoming boyfriend and girlfriend?

We talked about it alot... and decided after almost 3 months of dating that we were exclusive. I regret nothing... neither of us were really seeing anyone else, but just saying you are in a relationship is a big deal when you are in your mid twenties... but dating is not a big deal. When you are just dating, you can date as many people as you like... but when you are exclusive, then you only have eachother.

I divorced my cheating husband and got back into the dating scene. I dated a lot, nothing serious because I didn't want to be back in the same boat. I met this guy and something clicked... he seemed honest, and I didn't meet him at a bar and decided to stop dating anyone else. It was a great decision.... sometimes you really can just tell.... it was probably about a week before we but a title on it as being exclusive, when someone posses those main important qualities you are looking for... that puts some of the fear to rest, then go for it, don't let it pass you by.

LOL. He moved in when I took him home from the first date. So we were a couple immediately.
