I mean like on those overalls or onsies...the ones that usually go up the legs and fasten...it seems all of my kids overalls open way to easy and its very annoying to have to do them up just so they come undone again...and yes they are the right size.

No not really. If the baby moves and stretches they always come undone. I like ones with zippers better...they don't come undone! Also after awhile those buttons get worn out and don't stay fastened as well. Maybe a newer onsie would stick better. Good luck!

I have had the same problem foe two years with my son. He has a butt like two halves of a peach which will be cute when he gets older but for now it just pops all the snaps on his overalls the second he sits or squats. This is difficult and annoying to do but if the cuteness of overalls is worth it ( and sometimes I have found that it is) Snap the middle two snaps in the crotch and then fasten a safety diaper pin through both layers of fabric then snap the rest up. If you can prevent the middle two from popping the rest will stay. Unfortunately you have to redo this evertime you change them. P.S. You can put the pin on the inside if you want it to be barely noticable but it's considerably more difficult.

And here I thought I was the only one dealing with that! That happened with overalls my daughter had, I just thought they were too small! I've only had that happen with the denim ones, never any other onesie-type outfits. Maybe snaps just don't work that well with the thick material? I don't think there's any answer, other than possibly making sure there is more room in the crotch area, so they aren't riding up so much when they move around, or just not using clothes like that.
