He's about to turn 20, & is a basic laid back guy who likes sneakers, tee shirts and jeans. He's really into video games and hats also. Do you have any other suggestions?

I wouldn't spend more than $20-$25 dollars. You could take him out for dinner & a movie. Or get him a video game, but would that be as meaningful? He'll probably get stuff like that from his folks.
I would look for something different, something special that says "you" so when he sees it he will smile -
what about a special keychain with his name engraved on one side & your initials on the other? Something personal & maybe a bit more grown up than a video game. Depending on the level your relationship has reached, a nice photo of you in a decent frame would be good - or a picture of the two of you together
would be even better! Good luck & have fun with it!

Well you made it easy. First of all 3 months isn't a long time so you wouldn't want to buy an expensive gift. A t-shirt or video game would be great or both. Depending on what you are willing to spend.

It all depends on the guys tastes- I dated a guy that loved fishing and I bought him a fishing pole holder for his lakehouse. Another past boyfriend loved lighthouses, so I went to the $1 store looking for a gift for a friends little boy, and came across a bunch of lighthouses that didn't look to cheap and he loved them. Plus he was always using chapstick, so I bought a chapstick in every flavor...But that may be too corny for him- The guy loved the chapsticks though...

A sweet card will do just fine. He'll appreciate the thought on his special day. Maybe after a year you can get him a small gift.

I'd keep it simple. Dinner and a CD. So anywhere from $40 to $60, but no more.

do in basic terms no longer meet him and don't make a great deal of it in basic terms blow it off. he will capture on faster or later. in basic terms whilst ever he saids come see me say no i'm to drained or no i don't experience like it and if he needs to work out you that undesirable then he will come see you, yet whilst his reaction is not any i do unlike seeing then you definately in basic terms tell him plan and sparkling then do no longer see me. See your being needy for wanting to work out him so which you provide in (no longer announcing which you mustn't p.c. to work out your boyfriend, yet whilst hes going to be a jerk then permit him) and hes being stuborn so in case you quit giving in to him and in basic terms upward thrust up for your self and that i suggested standup status up for your self doesnt mean you could yell and argue with him to try this yet being business enterprise could do in basic terms as properly he will come around for each action there's a equivalent reaction

It is not the amount you spend... it is the thought you put into it... you could do something as simple as make a romantic dinner..
