Based on my limited experiences, I might say it's because of the differences in the females temperaments. The black gals Ive known have always been very strong, opinionated, vivacious and quick tempered. (of the gals Ive known ;))
Perhaps whimpy white guys cant handle it.

Don't know where you are but there's a lot of it where I live. More white girls with black guys than the other way around. Maybe where you are the black guys do better with their own race than here.
