Yes, in general. They would need a document (preferable notarized) signed by both parents that permits them to travel alone.
Contact the airline and ask them of their requirements. At that age, a flight attendant would be looking after them.
I knew a girl who travelled to Europe by herself when she was only 3! I think that's a bit young, but 14 and 10 are ok.

I am not sure about laws or regulations regarding specific ages, but I remember when I was a child and I had to fly on my own, my parents checked me in and then one of the Airline staff would keep and eye on me (and make sure I got on the right plane and didn't loose my passport etc...) maybe there is still a similar system in place, ask the airline company.

In Canada, you are allowed to board a flight any time... there might be an age restriction, but i dont know what it is... just make sure they have someone to meet them at the gate and tell the airline to help them get around at their departure airport and arrival airport.
have a great trip

Yes, but you will need to drop them off, and speak with the airline, and ensure someone will be right at the gate to pick them up at their destination. Also, speaking with a flight attendant on the plane to let them know the situation would be helpful, as they will be able to help keep an eye on the kids and help them find their way.

Yes, but the airlines will help them get seated, change planes & make sure there is someone to meet them upon arrival.
My sister & I travelled alone a lot when we were younger.

ive been doing it because ive been 10 i havent achieved it for the previous 6 years yet i whent to diverse countrys via myself till i became sixteen each summer season, i think of you pay like some fee or sumthing for any teenagers under the age of sixteen and then he's an UM that's an unaccompanied minor and the staff of your airplane will convey your newborn from you to a various relative or whomever you needed him to get picked up via on the different area of the international and if there's a conection flight there is group member which will escourt him to his next flight. Its completely risk-free particularly costly yet risk-free and available

I believe so, however I would call whatever airline you are using beforehand to ask them and see whether you would be able to get a pass to go past the security gates.
