Genesis 3:2
And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3- But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

The teaching of the bible got really srewy..Im glad someone said this though..Everyone always sais that it was an apple when you read the bible all it said was that it was the Tree of Wisdom..And that Adam and Eve ate the fruit of wisdom.

Adam, apple was never mentioned in the Bible and you are right. What was mentioned was the fruit of knowledge. Take it from there.

Because apples grew from the tree of knowledge. That does not mean that we are to stay away from apples now. In the garden of Eden they were told to stay away from the tree of knowledge and to not eat it's fruit. (Apple)

Blame the teachers for that. We were told it was an apple at school. Its only since coming on here i learn that apparently it was a fig or a pomegranate.

when god told adam and eve not to eat da apples they ate it and adam choked and eve ate and we would have been in heaven if they diddnt eat it
