Since I'm a real Beginner at building a website, I thought that YSB (Yahoo SiteBuilder) was as easy as they claim to be, but it's not. Do you know any other Site Builder who is truly easy or easier than YSB? and most of all that would work in case I change web host. I do not want to go through the work of building a site and then I cannot use it with another Web Host....

Best option for you is to use a good HTML editor and build your website and keep the back up so that even if you change the web host it would be handy. If you want to change your web host kindly visit either of the sites listed below for reliable and cheaper web hosting solutions.

Here is a really easy way to set up a personal Web site. WordPress.com is the best to get a fast start and it's advertising-free hosting.

Most sitebuilders are not as easy as advertised. Knowing a little HTML is much better than knowing none at all, when it comes to sitebuilders.
