try puritans pride, not only do they have a great selection, but a great return policy. if you buy something and you dont like it, you can return it up to a year later with the receipt. they have a website and a catalogue, and they are great at fast shipment

One A Day makes some pretty good vitamins.
Thier selection is far greater than in the past,when it was a little red pill.
They are more potent too.
Kroger has the best natural vitamins that I have tried and they won't kill your wallet.
They have half price sales at times.
I can attest to thier quality and effectiveness.
I took thier beta-carotene in big doses and it brought back my night vision.
I have diabetes and it kills my night vision sometimes.
Kroger vitamins brings it back.
