no, why would it be bad? fruit is good for you, especially in the morning, its like a morning food.

That's typically why you're eating in the first place, cuz you've got an empty stomach....

Some people are sensitive to the acids in fruits but I've found that drinking a glass of skim milk with the fruit works great...

I prefer to eat fruits in the morning rather than a large breakfast. I think it's ok, and I've been doing it for months.

Too much of anything can be bad, but mornings are the best time to eat fruit (moderate amounts of fruit is good anytime). The body is depleted of glycogen and most of the sugar in fruits would go to replenish the glycogen stores than be stored as fat.

it really depends on what kinds of fruits you're talking about. i've heard that oranges are bad for you to eat in the mornings and late at night. i also know for a fact that if you eat bananas you become a mosquito magnet.
