I don`t want my grandkids growing up thinking this is normal at all, years ago you hardly ever heard of Divorce but forst you have 1 then 2 and before you know it noone even tries to make a go of marriage, and will use any excuse in the book to get one. And the same thing now with Homosexuals, before you never heard of it, NOW, its a fad, people , and KIDS more times then not, think this is the COLL thing to be, well its not, it is against the BIBLE, Its an abomination, and I want MY KIDS AND GRANDKDS TO GO TO HEAVEN, NOT HELL.

A man and a woman are designed to be together. I'm a man and I I have are exits and I am designed to give. A woman has and entrance and was deisgned to receive. That's it, plain and simple. You do not see any animals of the same sex getting together. It's only happenedd where some species of male ape will take advantage of the younger male ape if he is not able to get with any of the females in their group. Still no excuse for humans.

Since the foundation of Marriage is Family, and Having children naturally is impossible for Same sex Couples, I would have to be against Gay-Marriage.

For it! Why are people so discriminatory against folks who just want to love the person he/she has chosen as a life partner? In the end I think it would benefit the economy everywhere--weddings ain't cheap (by any name you want to call it) you know! Why do heterosexual people who are intent on sanctifying the institution of marriage so accepting or purposefully ignoring problems like adultery, divorce, pedophile priests, and politicians who text-message young pages? We should work on our own problems before telling others what they can and can't do!

I do not think this will come about-------for a long time. And it does not bother me one way or another. What does bother me is the fact that so often a same sex couple cannot get health benefits for their significant other, have problems on child custody, survivors benefits, etc.,. This problem should be addressed before going on to the issue of marriage. They should have equal rights under the law.

I somewhat go both ways on this question.

I'm for it because this is America, a free country. And who are we to tell 2 people that are in love what to do. But then God made man for woman and woman for man. Now don't get me wrong I have nothing at all against homosexuals. I have gay friends and love them all the same because their still people and don't deserve to be treated wrong. But that's just how I feel.

Neutral, in that it flatly doesn't affect me. I lean toward giving it to them, as it really wouldn't affect anyone else either. I don't see how preventing homosexuals from calling themselves married will help uphold or defend the institution of marriage against our 50% divorce rate. I also don't see how it would hurt society to let homosexuals have another reason to be monogamous. I roughly suspect that, like most everyone else, gays are more focused on the wedding than the marriage, but that's the trap.

I don't not agree with that lifestyle but at the same time, they are not asking to marry me. SO I say, let them be. They should be allowed to marry if they want....not my problem. Just because I don't agree I am not going to tell them they can't. It's their life not mine. Why are so many people in this country more worried about the morals of other people before their own....

Have no problem with gay marriage. Two men or women being married has no impact on me or my marriage. It won't drive up insurance rates (my company offers 'life partner' benefits and it hasn't changed my rates).

I feel that the people who real disrespect marriage those treat as something they can throw away, i.e. getting married and divorced many times. Or people who cheat on their spouses.
