She isin't sick or psycho. Some people just like to experience different aspects of life in different ways. It sounds like a defense mechanisim that she has adopted to ensure that the phony as*sholes in this world do not decieve her in her position. It is hard to be a boss. There is always someone cat clawing their way up your heart and into your position through the very means of sympathy. Tears are a tactic used by the weak to manipulate those who are stronger than they are. Tears are manipulative and always have an alterior motive. They exist to change a stern or stoic mind and alter a perspective through the trump card called piety, it alters a strong attitude otherwise easier to have less it's influence. I honestly don't blame her. Emotions are for sh*it and feelings break you down...
Sounds like you are pissed off at her, not only because you can't be like her but because your discomfort went unvalidated and therefore you didn't acheive your means to an end through them.
She sounds quite intelligent actually.
What you are alluding to is not what she is... A Sadist
"There is no more lively sensation than that of pain; its impressions are certain and dependable, they never deceive as may those of the pleasure women perpetually feign and almost never experience."
"One weeps not save when one is afraid, and that is why kings are tyrants."
The Marquis De Sade

She would be classified as a "sadist".
Sadism is defined as: "The deriving of pleasure, or the tendency to derive pleasure, from cruelty."
Sociopath is also applicable, although it's means that she lacks the social skills to interact normally with people.
Sociopath: One who is affected with a personality disorder marked by antisocial behavior.

...Bluto....
Oh, I can't take a breath between chuckles... Oh, man * whipes tear*
I'd say that's what you call a sadist,
But usually they are aroused, (sexually) by physical pain. Real sick sh*t.
Jeffery Domer was a sadist, so was the green river killer, and the boston starngler.
So I don't think she's THAT psyco, but you know her the best. I'd stay away.

Sadism seems like most obvious answer, but it doesn't meet the criteria. According to the DSM, your annoying coworker would probably be diagnosed as having "Conduct Disorder" (321.8).
Please see the quoted section below (then e-mail it to her!):
Diagnostic Criteria for Conduct Disorder:
A repetitive and persistent pattern of behavior in which the basic rights of others or major age-appropriate societal norms or rules are violated, as manifested by the presence of three (or more) of the following criteria in the past 12 months, with at least one criterion present in the past 6 months:
Aggression to people and animals:
often bullies, threatens, or intimidates others
often initiates physical fights
has used a weapon that can cause serious physical harm to others (e.g., a bat, brick, broken bottle, knife, gun)
has been physically cruel to people
has been physically cruel to animals
has stolen while confronting a victim (e.g., mugging, purse snatching, extortion, armed robbery)
has forced someone into sexual activity

Hell confident they do why else do you think of they do it. most of the Muslims in this section are disgustingly cruel, not purely do they lie and insult somebody they do unlike, they insult their family individuals too. in case you enable them to get to you they'll give up at not something to reason you extra soreness. you in simple terms ought to get to a place the place you settle for which you're far extra perfect than them and God will punish them for his or her cruelty.
