Yep, and in fact, it's also legal to powder him up with dog powder so that he doesn't get any fleas. I tried it on my ex gf once. She filed a restraining order on me but the judge over-ruled it because I had evidence proving that she consented to the treatment.
She got 1 year in the slammer for contempt of court. It was funnier than a dog show.

If he is that bad why do you stay with him? If you think all guys are dogs why don't you try dating girls you might find you will attract the same type of girl as you do a guy. Maybe it is the type you are looking for.
