well, honey, THAT's a topic for a whole website :)))
But in the end, it depends on what you are expecting from him. And it matters HOW he's saying something... the tone, the movements of his eyes, hands... everything. It's a "package". His attitude matters!
Let's say he just told you "you are beautiful" while yawning... that's a big minus... You have to set up a "rating" system for his entire attitude, and not only towards you, but other humans as well. I know, I'm choosy... but generally speaking, I prefere witty guys, with a good sense of humour:)
