Eating right. I can always make myself get off my @ss by thinking how good I feel after a work out. A craving for a certain junk food is hard to get rid of.

Exercise!! Because some times after taking care of kids all day and not having time to my self i just get lazy lol The time I have for myself I just want to spend relaxing and maybe taking a bubble bath to calm my nerves lol

They're about the same for me. I try to eat right but I don't deprive myself if I want something occasionally. As for exercise, my job takes care of most of that.

exercise, it just requires more energy that I don't have any of when I get home from work. I'd rather eat healthy all day and not exercise when I get home from work. Too tired and who really has the time anyway?

i find it harder to exercise regularly. it's difficult to make time in a busy schedule! but one way i found is to ride my exercise bike while watching my favorite shows at night. then i'm not just sitting on the sofa like a lump!
