I am rearching the 19th century artist; both romantic and impressionist. I know Manet bridged the gap between realism and impressionism. But I am curious as to how the Romaniticism movement influenced Manet.

Hey Eddie,

You have to put 2 + 2 together here based on the web site. The first page tells that Manet was eventually appreciated for the modern movement, then lower, click on Romanticism, and see that it was the modern movement.
