I have been able to buy size 5T diapers for a child as the largest size. There is a new brand that I purchased for up to 50lbs at CVS. For adults, some pharmacies carry sizes suitable for up to 50" waist. If you can't find the size you need i.e. adults, go to a medical supply company. Medicaid will with cover these types of diapers.

The biggest actual diaper I have ever seen was a size 6, which is about a size 2-3T in clothing. They do make pull ups that go to 80lbs.

Size 6 in disposable diapers, but if you are willing to use cloth diapers, a whole lot larger. I have some 36"X36" flat fold flannelette diapers I ordered from a company called (BabyLove), and even after I fold them down to fit my older son the diapers are still really big.

The diapers are designed for special needs children, older and bigger babies, and younger children.

BabyLove is a Canadian based business so if your interested, a quick Google search should turn them up for you. Good luck with it.

Size 6 is the largest disposable diaper. If the child is too large for that and is not yet potty trained, you may have to go with cloth diapers. Cloth can be folded to be larger.
