Tell her to do Kegels. Tell her to tighten the muscles she uses to stop her pee, over and over again in sets of 10. That should work after a while. So...6 kids huh? I hope she's on birth control...

Can you do anything to make it bigger?
Having birth does not stretch the vagina...only doing birth and it goes back to its normal size. The only thing I can tell you is to tell her to do Kegal(?) exercises that tightens the vagina and pelvic muscles. I am not an OB GYN, just taking a lucky guess.

Wow, that's a lot of child bearing. Those Kegal exercises should help. I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling, but I hear that they work pretty well.

Yes. She can do leg excersises and do them with her so she doesn't feel 'unfit'. Physical therapy on the legs works to tighten vaginal muscels. Have her do leg rises

there is a type of powder...it's called cherry pop. my cousin has used it before and swears by it...i'm not sure how to apply it but i'm sure she can ask when she buys it.
