You should tell the guy. You need to be honest. He might already think you have them, but don't want to offend you by asking in case you don't have them. And before marriage, he's probably already felt them, so if it bothered him that much, he wouldn't be marrying you, so he would not mind. Why keep a little secret like this from him? Everyone else don't need to know, but your husband should.

honey...if a woman has implants, it's very easy to tell...if she lays on her back, her boobs should fall off to the sides...if they stick straight up, they are fake...
