browse your locat Barnes & Noble or Books-A-Million. They have lots of books and magazines on halloween costumes this time of year. You can look through them and get ideas.

I love Martha Stewart's Living magazine's halloween edition. It has great ideas!

If you go to a craft/hobby store they have patterns that tell you what you need and how to make the costume. They're pretty cheap and very easy to follow.

go to ask.com and type in halloween costume making and you will get many sites to choose from and you can pick the cheapest one you like.

you should first look in the parenting magazine, they have great no stitch costumes and also in the baby talk magazine, but just google it, it'll give you ideas or you can go on marthastewartliving.com
