ouija boards "work" as a result of the ideomotor effect. Any impression of an external conciousness at work is an illusion. Same physical phenomenon also convices dowsers that that they are respondiong to water incidently.
Do not burn down your neighbours shed and treat ouija boards as a parlour game and nothing more.

Are you Mental? If your neighbour burnt down your shed and when confronted they said My Ouija Board told me too, you'd think they were mental!

I think you should listen to the voices of the dead and burn it down. It may be that the emergency services need alerting to some of your neighbour's other illegal activities, and your spirit guides are giving you a nudge. Do the right thing. Burn it down.

I think you should do as it says coz I had a lamp once told me to go out and punch a stranger and when I ignored it it got really angry
