what do you mean???
if you want to take some healthy lunch with you from home here is my favorite tip...
in the morning while having your breakfast boil some pasta (rigourously AL DENTE!!! that means take it off the boiling water at 1minute before then what the packet says)...
in a bowl mix togheter
chopeed cherry tomatoes
sweetcorns
tuna
black pitted olives
chopped parsley
when the pasta is ready cool it with fresh water
mix everything together and take to work
its cool
ita healthy
its light
its cheap
its italian
what else would you want...
an espresso with sambuca!!!!!

Hot dogs with sauce, mustard and ketchup.
Try to throw some chips and a good drink in there.
Make your own fries, just turn up the heat on a skillet with lots of oil in it.
Put some thinly sliced potatoes in hot oil and if it starts smoking, just turn down the heat.
They will fry pretty fast.
Once fried, take them out of the skillet or they will soak up the oil.

Depends on what you do have to work with. Do you have backup foods in the pantry, like soups, mac&cheese, ramen, Spagettio's, chili, rice mixes?
I always keep some of those around for a lazy day.
