i know the feeling... sometimes it's nice just to veg out. But, if you want motivation, you have to make it yourself! Try breaking tasks up into small parts. For example: instead of thinking "i have to clean my room" maybe just put your clothes away. then reward yourself by reading for 5 minutes. then tackle another small part. (just an example.)

another thing i like to do is turn on some great music while i do my chores. it keeps me moving and the work goes faster.

Could you be depressed? How is your appetite: low or over the top eg. eating all the junk food? This can happen when depressed. I find when I feel like you do that doing something - forcing yourself to, actually raises energy levels. Try this, but if you think you may be depressed speak to your doctor. Good luck.

Getting rid of cable and the internet at home helped me and having coffee is also helpful.
