you shouldn't- it tastes like celery after freezing...... only use it fresh. That's what i found

Yes, chop it finely and freeze in a covered container. Don't freeze it without covering it first, it'll be horrible. It lasts quite well. If you've got loads of fresh stuff, but don't want to freeze it, you could try bottling some - put some in a airtight jar and cover with olive oil. You can use it for cooking and the oil is lovely drizzled on meats or salad.

Chopped and or pureed, cover with vegetable oil, if you have some old plastic icecube trays pour the mixture in them, freeze and when hard take them out and place them in a Ziploc bag, that way if you need a tablespoon of cilantro or coriander, you can just pop one into the dih your prepearing, it does not freeze wel in whole bunches, it will discolour and go mushy.

Best as a puree, just whizz in liquidiser/ food processor with some sunflower oil , freeze in ice cube trays and then dispense corainder ice cubes into freezer bags.

If you need it whole for presentation, freeze between sheets of oiled clingfilm and peel off as needed. Otherwise, chop it and store under oil in the kitchen. Make sure it doesn't touch the surface of the oil or the lot could go mouldy.

YES! you can freeze any fresh herb,simply portion it in ice cube moulds, add water then pop in freezer.When needed,simply pop out the cubes and add to broths,stocks,sauces,etc.

I Chop up into small bits, with chili,garlic, garam masala, salt pepper and put into a jar, freeze...when you need to use it.. leave out for a few mins, then use a tea spoon to scrape some out of the jar. i add it to shahi kebabs and extra to curry's..

yes either open freez it on a tray and they bag it when frozen or pop it in ice cube trays with water - just add a cube to soup stews etc
