Whole Wheat Tortilla
Low fat/ Fat Free Peanut Butter
Banana
Honey (if desired)
Warm tortilla in microwave for about 30 seconds. Remove and add peanut butter. Slice banana onto peanut butter, and add honey if you wish. Roll up tortilla and go.
It's fast, filled with protein, gets you some fruit, and if you use the honey, it's also something sweet, but naturally so.

Almonds! They have the right ratio of carb/fat/protein in them to give your body everything it needs. As a woman you must only eat between 6 - 8 almonds at every snack. They fill you up no problem so you don't feel hungry and you will have loads of energy,

I am really greedy so whenever I am trying to lose weight I eat a raw carrot before every meal, it tastes good and also makes you feel quite full so you don't pig out so much.
