Real time training is the best way to go. Start by going to munches and meetings to meet people of like minds in the lifestyle until you find someone you trust to train you. Always usually good idea to start as a submissive under a dom so you know exactly what it will feel like then progress to DOM. However if that is not a position that you can take then find a couple dom and sub whom you can work with and the dom will let you help her and assit her with domming her sub.
Credentials come from a long list of references and groups who validate you:) There are also sometimes classes at fetish conferences if you are just looking ofr a piece of papaer .. but as you can imagine it is much more involved than that.

You need credentials to be a dominatrix? Why don't you say you graduated from the school of hard knocks. I don't think a "Dom" would get anymore business from pervs based upon them having a resume. Those dudes are just looking for someone to humiliate them and ***** slap their asses. If you look sexy in black leather and crack a mean whip, you'll surely be successful without any degrees being conferred upon you.
