i've altered my diet and started exercising regularly for almost 3 months now and i can't break this plateau. i cut out fast food, junk food, soda, candy, white bread, you name it. i eat 5-6 small meals a day and lift weights as well as high intensity cardio 3-4 times a week. i know i've built a little muscle mass but i should be losing weight also. what am i doing wrong?

I didn't see anything about water. Are you drinking plenty of water?

You might also look into Stack Body Tune Up. It works with your lifestyle to help lose weight. I've lost 33.5 pounds since July.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

How many calories are you eating a day?

I hit a similar plateau. Turns out I was under eating. You should only be eating a few hundred calories below your maintenance level.

Or, perhaps you never did adjust your calorie intake to your new weight.

There are really way too many factors that can go into it to give you an easy answer with the information provided.
