To get a "spouse visa", your spouse first has to be a citizen. You will need to wait until she officially has her citizenship, not just eligible.

Call this number and give them your name, address and where you work.

ICE has a 24-hour hotline for citizens to report any suspicious activity.
That number is 866 347-2423
**************************
Contact crimestoppers at:
(800) 555-1111

They will tell you how to get your citizenship papers after they deport you.

Then you can apply properly and re-enter the United States legally.
