Ok, before I give my advice, here is a short story.

Two bulls are sitting on top of a ridge looking down and a heard of cows. The young bull says "Hey, why don't we run down and get us a couple of cows!". The old bull responds "Why don't we walk down and get them all..."

Having been a "young bull" before, I know that it's difficult with those hormones that make you feel like you have brain damage. However, the way to the heart of this fit young thing you have your eye on (or any other women for that matter) is by being relaxed, confident, and above all, yourself.

Worst case scenario, she will look at you and fall on the ground clutching her sides in laughter. In that case, who needs a shrew like that anyway.

Second worst case, she will just not be interested. It's ok to ask more than once. Sometimes women like to be chased. However, more than three times becomes most unwelcome. In this case it was just not meant to be. Even in this case if you conduct yourself well it might help you in the future. Be smooth and gracious even if you are rejected. Remember, women talk!

Good luck!

Why would her being "really fit" have anything to do with asking her out? If you like her, you should ask her out. The worse thing that could happen would be her saying no. Then, you just move onto someone else.

Just do it. Don't think about. Be spontaneous. When you think the times right, don't have second thoughts, don't delay it.... Just DO IT and don't worry about the results. It could either way, and at least you'll have done something about it and given it a chance to happen. Goes for anything in life really. If you don't give it a go, you'll never know.

Just ask. What does being "fit" have to do with it? If you like her then you like her. Ask her!

Just ask before someone else does. You must have a gut feeling if she likes you,go for it.The worst she can say is no and then it wasn't meant to be.

If you are not 'fit' don't ask her out. What exactly is your definition of 'fit'?

You should try just talking to her first, so you get more comfortable around her. (if you arent already). Then you should ask her out yourself, otherwise she may think of you as a coward to afraid to ask her out.
