Color completely disappeared after a while. Lots of bleeding and the taste of ink in your mouth is not pleasant. I would never do it again.

The color fades very fast with these types of tattoo. Besides that, the pain is like biting your lip hard. But every ones pain tolerance is different.

I don't have a lip tattoo but my husband does... he said it didn't hurt very much at all... but as to how much it would hurt you it all depends on YOUR level of pain tolerance... also lip tattoos seem to fade faster... his is already fading after a few months.

actually the worst part is holding ur lip down its uncofortable you have to go often to get it retouch it doesnt last long skin cells rejenerate to fast

my gf got one and she said it didn't hurt at all and was the fastest tattoo she ever had done.

ow ow ow. It looks painful but apparently its not as bad as your lower back and i just found that to be a burning sensation
