It depends on whether we trust in God's grace, strength and wisdom to lead us, or if we try to call the shots ourselves. It's not easy keeping our focus on Him and putting His perfect will before our selfish will, but it's the best thing we could ever do. And the more we learn to trust Him, the more we see that He will give us the strength to endure no matter what happens IF we keep our focus on Him. The problem comes when we start focusing on ourselves and what we think we can do instead of continuing to trust in Him. The more we trust Him, the stronger and deeper that trust becomes, and the more we see that no matter how unbearable a situation may look, He will give us inexplicable grace and strength no matter what the situation if we just trust Him. The problem is that people aren't keeping their focus on Him, so naturally things will seem so much harder if they cut themselves off from their only source of real strength. It might not be the easy way to keep our focus on Him, but it's the best way.

it can be hard. because you have to try and fight peer pressure everyday...well I do because I'm in high school. u have to make sure u make the right decisions because people are watching to see if christians really behave. following the lord can be hard when it's so easy to do wrong, but that's when u need faith the most.

It is realitively easy to become a Christian. It takes endurance to grow as a Christian, but God gives all the grace you need.
A farmer went out to plant some seed. As he scattered it across his field, some seed fell on a footpath, where it was stepped on, and the birds came and ate it. Other seed fell on shallow soil with underlying rock. This seed began to grow, but soon it withered and died for lack of moisture. Other seed fell among thorns that shot up and choked out the tender blades. Still other seed fell on fertile soil. This seed grew and produced a crop one hundred times as much as had been planted." When he had said this, he called out, "Anyone who is willing to hear should listen and understand!"

Being a person of science, I thought that it would be very difficult to live with Faith and science. I found it is surprising is easy. The Spirit gave me all that I needed for understanding.
I suppose in one sense it is more difficult because God expects me to be more than I thought I could be.
But for all the goodness he has brought into my life, it’s definitely worth it.

It is difficult for some people. I tried it for a few months and could not do it.
It is much easier for me to be an Atheist.
I am sure that for a devout follower it can have it's rough times, but they seem fairly comfortable with their beliefs, so I imagine it is not as difficult.

Being a Christian is not easy, we must not think of ourselves first. We must put God and his wishes first.
1 Cor. 10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

It is not to hard or to easy, because the Bible say's through much tribulation shall we enter into the kingdom of God, but he also says He will not put on us more than we can bear.
He will not leave us comfortless, but will send another to help us

It is actually pretty easy most of the time. Sometimes I have moments of selfishness where I want to do something that I shouldn't, but then again, don't we all have those moments, even the non Christians?

It's not as hard as dieing knowing that you've ignored the Lord your God all your life. Whether you acknowledge him or nor he IS still your God (there is no other)
