I agree with Straighthealth... B12 is generally only found in animal sources (meat, dairy etc).

To get B12 into your diet, you may want to consider taking a vitamin / mineral every day. Some vegans have trouble getting enough iron and this would definitely help.

Most of the soy milks these days are fortified with B12 as well. You don't need that much (a few micrograms a day) and your body can do well without b12 for quite sometime before showing signs of deficiencies.
