Did you try mencap.org?
Have you tried to contact the Ambassador for Mencap,who also worked on a film regarding Derek Bentley? His name is Chris Eccleston, and he mentioend in a few interviews that he kept up wiht the family and always wnated ot help others who were advocates to helping the developmentally disabled.
