It seems like everyday some thug is complaining about being abused by police. Whe don't they stop to think about what they did to get stopped by the police to begin with? Very few innocent people get in trouble with police. It seems like all these people have a prior arrest record or are doing something illegal to begin with. I think it is a blessing when a policeman kills a suspect, it gets rid of one more lowlife. Why don't the bleeding hearts pay more attention to the victim rather than the criminal?

I don't see too many innocent people being arrested , the people I see are usually lowlife thugs cursing and having to be restrained because they are like animals.

In the USA everyone acts like they are the victim because everyone wants to be blameless.

I may have agreed with you before the Patriot Act. Now it is not just "lowlives" with priors that get detained or questioned by the police. I find that young people are particulary harassed just because they are young. The police pull them over, search them and their cars and the police need no reason...the kids only have to look suspicious. Police and now detaining people without benefit of a lawyer on the premise that they look like they could be terrorists. There are special places to lock up these people and no time limit and how long they can be detained. The Patriot Act has given the police superpowers to harass anyone and there is nothing to prevent the person from being you. Just act suspicious and see what happens to you. I am not a bleeding heart and never have been but what I see going on today brings terror to my heart. My whole house can be torn apart for something as simple as checking a suspicous book out of the library. My kids and be harassded just because they are kids. The police had enough power before the Patriot Act and now their power is unlimited. It is not that I dont respect the police, it is a matter of when you allow anyone to have such control some people are definately going to abuse this power and go overboard. I am all for criminals getting their just do but I am totally against innocent people being victimized by power crazy cops.

Wow i agree with you up to the police killing a suspect as being a blessing.Remember this person is someones son, daughter, father, mother,do you see what i'm saying. That just sounds a little harsh. I do think the system needs to do a better job at rehabilitating these criminals, so they have a chance at being a positive part of society. Not all people grow up in a good environment and they end up in a life of crime. The only way out of that is to be shown how to be a productive member of society,if they aren't properly rehabilitated then we won't have to worry about them because they will be in jail the rest of their life anyway. I think the people complaining about the police ,yeah the majority of them are criminals, there are still instances of racial profiling, and believe me that is true, but at the same time if people are law obiding citizens they shouldn't be worried at all.

One day it might be you yelling I didn't do anything but - I will walk away and say "lowlife" . Maybe the cop will take you into a back ally way - lowlife's deserve that makes them listen they all deserve it right?
Well maybe a few expierences where you are the target might make you realise that it is too easy for you or someone you love to be next.
It has always been said that you judge a society by how it treats it's weakest members - You are not doing so good right now are you?

You are an aweful person! That being said, you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Human life is still human life. Who the hell gave you or some cop the decision of life or death? Police arrest innocent people all the time.
Examples:
A friend of mine was arrested for being a black man in the car with a white girl. She was driving he was arrested and told he had a warrent. The woman he was with was a DEA and called the cops out. They looked really stupid! This man is an upstanding citizen and has never been in trouble.
I and another guy were beat for trying to explain why we were in a small town in southeast Missouri.
A young man was shot in the back of the head by an off duty cop after he bumped into him in the mall. He was shot when he walked to his car.
I was arrested for being with my cousin who had a unpaid parking ticket warrant. When taken to the jailhouse I had a bag of weed thrown at me. They told me it was mine and tried to charge me with possesion but I never touched it so they had nothing. I shared a cell with a guy who was arrested for solicitation (prostitution). He was trying to catch a cab after a baseball game.
Another man was arrested for being black and on the sidewalk after dark.
I could go on forever but I'm so sick of these punk police! I am not a criminal nor do I associate with criminals yet we have all been wrongfully dealt with by police.

Are you really that dense? We need to be fearful of living in a police state, which is what you seem to have in mind by letting the police kill a "suspect"(not proven guilty). Hitler had most of Europe living in a police state and look at how well that turned out.

Do your wings ever get in your way while you are driving? I mean, being an angel and all. Maybe they should have shot Rodney King instead of just beating the crap out of him. We have laws that are suppose to apply to everyone and I see cops going through red lights, speeding, and generally doing things that would put you or me in court or jail. But are they held accountable, hell no. Whats wrong with this picture miss perfect?

because sometimes all the criminal did was steal a pack of cigarettes.... should that be punishable by death or removal of our hands we would have to ask our military to come in a occupy us and save us from our extremist regime.
also if you were to execute an innocent that would basically make you a stone cold murderer and then you would have to be up for execution review, its only just.
where do you see this... sit around watching cops on tv all day? most officers dont become so in order to possibly shoot and kill innocents on sight... they sign up to protect innocents.

if someone fights the police or pulls a gun or knife towards a police officer, then the police have a right to protect themselves. if the person gets hurt or killed, that is their fault. they should have done what the officer told them to do..........if the person does comply to the police officers orders then i care that they are treated like they should be treated. i believe that even if someone gets arrested that they are human and deserved to receive normal rights such as being warm and access to shower and to be fed, even if it is beans and rice or tasteless food....basic rights for a human.......
