I mean not like I'm so old farty dude, late 20s, early 30s but I find them attractive and I like to look at them when they pass by - is that bad?

I am not sure if you are asking this question from a land where poeple are not allow to look at ladies or girls.If you are from such a country,then you will be in trouble oneday.If you are not from that country(i don't know any country like that anyway) then it is ok to look and admire the work of nature.But remember,if you look at someone(lady) and you like the person so much,then it is good to make a move and let the person knows about it in a nice manner.However,it depends onindividual situations.If the situation is not favorable to you do not force to ask.Just allow nature to take its own course.However,so ladies are very sensitive the way men look at them.It is always good to look at a person with a positive attitude.

Depends on what teenage girls your looking at. 13-15 or 17-19
If your looking at the younger ones you need to seek help before you do something you will regret and ruin some young girls life. But if your looking at the older ones 17-19 then your just a human male, and its fine to look at a beautiful woman and notice a beautiful woman.

If they are 18, 19. Nothing wrong with it. They are legal!!!! Go for it!!!! Good luck!
If they are 16-17. If you want to look, why not. Just don't touch! Look all you want.
If they are 13-15. You are sick. Sorry, but you shouldn't look at a girl that young. They are not mature enough to fight off advances of men. So, don't even look!

It's ok to be on a diet and LOOK at the menu. No sin or harm done there. (you are human & they are built WAY different then we were their ages). The problem is when you begin to ORDER, that is a no-no, not to mention illegal.

no i don't think so. But it depends on ur age, and u said late 20's, early 30's it ok for u as long as you don't plan on rape'n them, or touching them, to look it is ok.
