From a man's perspective, I don't necessarily like it, its just a bodily function that needs to be done. The stimulation of the prostate has nothing to do with it.

I'm a woman and I love to pooh... especially outdoors. Poohing outdoors feels naughty and it's neat to have the cool air on your cheeks. Having a great pooh is a feeling of accomplishment and pride!
