Quickest way is to buy a "cook in sauce" jar from the supermarket. Have seen lots of variety (Thai Green etc in Tesco) Cook up some chicken breast fillets in the sauce, (chop them up first). Wait for it to cool, then enjoy!

i work in a cafe n we make that tesco sell a tesco thai green curry powder and we mix it with mayo n add chicken 2 it

cooked cubed chicken mixed with thai sauce and mayo. i do this with chicken tikka, i use for packups.
