makin out - kissing and touching
hooking up - havin sex or makin out at a party with no ties between the two.
booty b - could mean butt, or booty which means sex, or a booty call which means your horny and you call someone you've been with (had sex) in the past just for an easy lay with no strings attached.

How old are you? as far as Frenching, and Making out... just means kissing, but hooking up, and Booty B... you may have something more to worry about...

Kids dont say Frenching anymore, but it means tongue kissing. Making out is intense kissing and possibly fondling. Hooking up is 'getting together'.
