why is mother even though it's hard to love her,i'm trying to love her but why she's always angry with me?

You have to ask yourself if she is just angry, or angry at you, she might have other problems that you are not aware of.
I would think the best thing to do is ask her, I have found the best way, is to communicate, you might find there is nothing you can do about the problem, and you have to accept her the way she is.but understanding where she's coming from does help

It may not be you that she is angry with, it may be all kind of things, that she has on her mind. I will bet you you are not the issue. Keep loving her, and try and do all of the right things, And I am sure that she loves you, she may just do not know how to show it, with so many things on her mind. And she is so angry, because she does not know how to take care of all of her problems. So try to be nice to her, that will help a lot, and sometimes, ask her how is her day?

it really isn't you or your problem.your mom has issues that prevent her from giving what you need emotionally.the issues she has should be lessons for you so when your turn comes you will remember what you missed and find it within yourself to be different.I always say that we children of indifferent parents need not carry that curse onto our kids,if you are old enough to realize the mistakes of your parents then you are old enough to know how to be better,If no one teaches you how to be,at least they've taught you how not to be.
