They are not, you may be refering to some reports that they have injured smaller kids or that they caused burns or bruises. I will take a bruise over death, thank you.

airbags are both good and bad. u c airbags r there so that u dont get killed by flying glass and all that stuff. but the down side of airbags is that u get ur skin some times tooking off or pushed to the side get broken bones and all that stuff. so really airbags r just a hazered in a car. they have know real reason to be in a car if u think of it.
