There are so many problems relating to mental health. Agoraphobia, fear of leaving the house. Post Traumatic Shock Syndrome, depression, panic attacks, cutting ones self. After numerous tragedies I suffered from all these at once. The doctors always LOVE to give out antidepressants, which actually made my symptoms worse. I am on the sedative xanax now but quit the antidepressants. I make sure I do Taebo five to six days a week since the endorphins that your brain produces has a very successful way to treat depression. The down side to this is that the day or days I take off send me reeling into a massive depression. Endorphins are addictive and they are the equivalent of pure morphine going through the body. Also you can only produce them by vigorous exercise. In other words there is no way you can take a pill to get them. Your own body must produce them. I take it day by day. I still have mood swings and just suck it up.

there are so many psychological problems and different ways of dealing with them , however the problem seems to be how society in general deals with people with mental health problems, discrimination ect.
