I am considering a job that includes some travel, probably 3x a month. I have 2 small children, 1 & 3.
My husband is totally supportive and completely involved and wonderful. My folks are very helpful too and we have babysitting covered.
This is a great opportunity for me and a great long term job with lots of advancement.
Do any moms travel and hate it?
do any moms travel and love it?

I need help with this decision.
Thank you

I think you should go for it. It sounds like it would be a great idea. It would be good for your career and all that and it would also give you a chance to get away for a few times a month and have a break from all the chaos of raising toddlers. Go for it...it sounds like a great opportunity.

I can tell you my friend has a 2yrs girl, her job include traveling and she spend most of her off time with her daughter. When she back for her trip the daughter rushes into her arm, but her little girl was explain that this is mommy job and when she's back from her trip she always bring back something for her.
Also you have a little girl growing up, and i'm sure you want to provide the world for her, Take the job.

Alway let your child know that they are important and mom has to work to provide the best for them.......
