Silk Chocolate and Very Vanilla are actually pretty good. I did not care for the original though. I have tried other brands and did not like them.

Hey Rich, I've been asking myself the same question for several years. Until about a month ago. My grocery store had samples of soy milk and I tried it for the first time. It was great. I was surprised and I think you will be too!!

I personally don't like it and I used to be a strict vegetarian (meaning...I ate all kinds of weird stuff and liked it!). I have learned that I didn't give it enough of a chance though. I only tried one kind and it was apparently not the best to try. I tried the kind that does not have to be refrigerated until opened. It was nasty. I've heard the kind you find in the vegetable section of the grocery store (or where they have health food) is pretty good. I have also heard that it is an acquired taste. I may give it another shot.

See in case you will discover organic and organic milk at your food market. some persons swear by using organic and organic uncooked milk. in spite of if uncooked milk is unpasteurized, so there is an danger that it might comprise some volatile micro organism. i could avert soy milk (as properly as different soy products) as properly. P.S. to club soda: in simple terms by way of fact phytoestrogens come from flora does not mean they are able to't impact human beings. Heavy intake of soy products by using pregnant mothers is linked with beginning defects in boys (including a mis-shaped penis) and early puberty in ladies. i've got examine that some eastern females feed soy to their husbands to cut back their libidos. Soy isn't in fantastic condition to be eaten.

Some brands are but not all of them. Silk is pretty good. Its good for the first few days after you open it but looses freshness very quickly. It tends to have an unpleasant taste if not very fresh. After a week of being opened, its not even fit to drink anymore. Its mildly sweet, so not good for cooking but fine for cereal or drinking cold.

It depends on which brand you buy. The Silk brand is pretty good, I think it tastes better than milk.

It is different than milk but it's not bad. I think it's definitely better than skim milk.
