Put him to bed a half our to an hour earlier so he will get up around 9 instead. Then, you can wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours before giving him the cereal. Also, it sounds as if he's being a little gorged here. Try giving him a little less at each feeding so he won't throw it back up and he'll still have a little room in there for the next feeding.

I would give him the cereal when he gets up instead of his morning bottle. Then if he acts hungry and hour or so later then give him a bottle.

My son is 4 months and his doctor just advised me to give him cereal once a day. I give him some and then he usually takes a few ozs of formula about an hour after he eats his cereal.

Just something to try!

You should give him Cereal in the morning, some vegs lunch time and a bottle in the night. Don't over feed the baby it is unhealthy for him. Most Milk for baby fatten them, try to feed him less milk per day and more cereal and Vegs.

Why don't you give him a dilute the milk if you are going to feed him so soon after or before eating. Also do not give him so much.

There is no set time on when he should eat. Just feed him when he is hungry again. Feeding him every hour or so could cause him to throw it up, and it can also cause him to become overweight. Do you want someone to force YOU to eat when you arent hungry? its the same with babies, you dont have to force them, if/when they are hungry, they will let you know and they will eat.
