You told her that it is best for the both of you. First I am sure that she does not feel that way. Possibly it is best for you only. You said you have breakdowns each week. Now that is not good. Possibly while you are finding yourself, you may want to find a therapist to speak to. Breakdowns are not good anytime. I am not sure what you mean by breakdowns. But in any sense of the word that is not good. Why can't you speak to any of your friends? If someone is your friend, they are that no matter what your love life has become. You have to remember you just broke up with your girl friend. That is never easy no matter which end of the breakup you are on. It is going to take you time to get over her. But again, I would strongly suggest you taking care of yourself. Give yourself time alone. It all takes time and eventually you will be over her. It really does hurt. Good luck to you!

Well it really depends on how you went about the breakup. If you were mean and callous she might have been hurting just from the words, but if you did it easy she most likely loved you very much. I also find that if she cried silently she was probably loved you so much she was stunned. If she cried and ranted it was most definitely not love

Could... Or it could mean that she's just upset. Lots of girls will cry when a break up occurs and it could mean nothing more than she doesnt like being single, or that YES, maybe she did love you. Crying is just a physical response to too much emotion. It can mean many different things. I wouldnt read too much into it unless she's told you she loved you.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

No, of course not. I spent an hour once crying over a guy who had suddenly broken it off with me. He was totally wrong for me, and it was a casual fling, but I hadn't seen the end coming and it hurt my pride. After I got over the blow to the ego, I was fine and rather embarrassed that I had made all that fuss over _him_.

not necessarily. I've known females that cry for no reason at all. They'd just cry for every lil thing.

Sometimes, sometimes it's just the fear of being "Alone". Sometimes it's the pain of rejection and/or a bruised ego.
