What should be the goal first?.

I am 5' 9" 185 lbs, about 15-16% bf. Would like to bring it down to about 7%. But at the end, I do want to have more muscle and kee p my weight around 180lbs. I have a endo-meso body type and gain fat and muscle fast.

So what should I do first? Go for the cutting phase first and gain later? Anybody with a similar experience?

My diet is already very clean (only one cheat meal per week). Cutting would mean reducing my food portions, and doing more cardio in favor of lifting. This means a loss of some muscle mass.

Build first, cut last. That way the fat calories that you are taking off are actually contributing to the gains.

I went down from 210 pounds to about 170. My body fat is about 12%. What I did was that I bought a supplment at GNC called THERMOBURST.

I'm not adervtising in any way, I don't even work in an area related to this, I'm military actually. This stuff is the real deal. You take one tablet before you work out. What I did was do cardio first and then hit the weights. I lost a lot of fat and dropped a bunch of water weight.

Try that stuff out and in about a month you'll see really motivating results. The only thing is that you have to continue eating right and don't pig out.

I would move more: first walk (1-2 months from 30 min to 1.5-2 hours 3-5 times a week), then jog (2-6 months from 20-30 min to 1-1.5 hours 3-5 times per week, then run. By the time you will run you'll define the schedule yourself.
This is slow, but this is forever. Just don't stop running after.
Good luck.
