Depending on which accent you'd prefer, the vowel sound is the same but longer in beach.

"IamAssyria" comes close ... if you're from certain areas in the U.S. But English pronunciation can vary greatly. For example, the phonetics of "beach", as said in Alabama is more like "BUY-itch" (as one syllable.)

Pronounce them how they are spelled is the difference
the first with a long e and the second with a short i
